Kalamazoo Amateur Radio Club Minutes For June 2007

The June meeting was called order at 7:09PM by the President Charlie Chapman (KB8SFR) at Prarie View Park on June 21^st, 2007

Members signing in totaled 26 .

The meeting was opened with a moment of silence as a tribute to Jim Walker K8TDJ who recently passed on.

The tresurers report was passed around for review and JeRB made a motion to accept the report. It was supported and the motion passed. It was also noted that our 501.3C status has been reinstated.

The Secretarys report for May was reveiwed and Don Verhage moved that the report be accepted. The motion was supported and passed.

A motion was made by Tom Oliver to adjoun the meeting to make preperations for field day.

The meeting was closed and details for field day were discussed.
