Kalamazoo Amateur Radio Club Minutes For April 2007

The April meeting was called order at 7:06 PM by the President Charlie Chapman (KB8SFR) at the Red Cross Chapter House on Venture Dr on April 19^th, 2007

Art Snapper NK8X Technical Committee

Al Lewis W8JYC License Trustee

Members signing in totaled 19 with two guests.

The Treasurer reports that we have a balance of $2602.30 as of the meeting and divided into internal accounts to reflect maintenance, education and general funds. A motion was made by Jim Kirkland to accept the report and was seconded. The report was passed unamimously.

The Secretary's report for the February meeting was circulated and read. Corrections were noted and added to record on line. A motion was made by Tom Oliver to accept the report as amended and seconded. The measure passed unanimously.

A present ion by Charlie Chapman on Public Service events was viewed my members and the role and benefits to amateur radio for participating was discussed by the members.

At the conclusion, a motion was made by Ellery Mann to adjourn. The motion was supported and passed. The meeting was closed at 7:38PM.
