According to local
history, The Kalamazoo Amateur Radio Club
was
founded in March, 1932. To commemorate this,the Club is
putting
on the "dog" to celebrate the event. There will be special
event
station on August 18th. Our station will be portable at the
East
Campus of Western Michigan University location of the early Western
State Teachers College and home to the first formal meetings of the
KARC.
